Payment Types Accepted
 We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards.  

* Payments are due when merchandise is ordered.   If special ordering you are required to pay 50% when ordered and the remaining balance when items are ready to ship.   We reserve the right to not sell to someone who has previously not paid for an order.

Return Policy
Your shopping experience at 2Cute.org  is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt for a  merchandise credit (less shipping and handling.) Please let us know at that time which item you would like to replace it with. Items that are to be returned, must be in its original shape ,tags and  packaging, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts.  We do not accept returns on items after 30 days. 

 Please e-mail us at  everything2cute@yahoo.com  for our return address and receive a return authorization number. You must include a RA# with your exchange. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us.  You will not be charged a second shipping fee on exchanged items.

We do not accept returns on personalized, sale or holiday items. We stand behind our merchandise and believe that you will be completely satisfied.  

Shipping Methods, Insurance & Policies
* We generally ship packages if items are in stock,  within 48 hours. If items are not in stock, we will email you to let you know estimated ship date or if the item is no longer available.

* All items are sent via priority mail with delivery confirmation,  which takes an average
of 3-4 days delivery time.

* Occasionally we use UPS or Fed-Ex for items that meet size requirements.
Insurance is Optional for all purchases and is available at the Customer's Request.

BUT if you choose NOT to purchase insurance, PLEASE NOTE:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
for Lost, Broken, or Damaged items in Any Way!

* If carrier insurance is purchased and a claim is to be made for damaged or lost goods, carrier is responsible to cover said fees, charges, or reimbursements made to the buyer. 
   ~ Thank You very much for your understanding regarding this matter.

* Any/All insurance claims are to be initiated (by emailing us) within 10 days of package arrival. We will provide the necessary information for you to file a claim with the said carrier.

* We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
